Renewed identity and positioning


Positioning. Story. Slogan. Internal branding. Online event.

Zuidberg was looking for a creative concept and a slogan. A question with much more to it, because how do you show who you really are, what you stand for and how you distinguish yourself in the market? Together with Zuidberg, JEEN went through a positioning process to arrive at a story and a pay-off. We brought the positioning to life among the employees in a spectaculair introduction event.

Zuidberg, a family business from ENS, specialises in the production of PTO´s (power take-off´s), front linkage systems and specialist steel parts for tractor manufacturers and industry. The company wanted a stronger market position, better recognisability and more distinction from their competitors in order to strengthen its market position.


JEEN conducted an interactive positioning process that started with interviews with employees and customers of Zuidberg to investigate its image and identity. Combined with a competitor analysis, it led to a renewed brand identity, crystalclear core values, a story, and the pay-off: PERFORMANCE PIONEERS.

The next question quickly followed, because how do we share this with our colleagues, so that everyone lives and breathes the pay-off and core values? The answer, a major event, but during the corona pandemic? Not that obvious. It turned out to be a spectacular online event, which could be followed via a livestream. JEEN organised the entire event whilst closely working with Zuidberg. From idea, action plan, and script and production of communication resources, to the implementation of the livestream. With a grand, successful event as a fitting conclusion and to blow off some steam.
